Front of House Server

We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic individuals for part-time front of house positions in our family owned 52-seat farm-to-table café near Saxapahaw, NC. 

  • We aspire to service as a higher calling.

  • We prepare and serve real food.

  • Poultry, meat and eggs from our own farm – produce and dairy from our local friends and neighbors.

  • We pay a guaranteed minimum NC Living Wage of $12 per hour. Plus, pooled tips shared with the entire team. Everyone works together.

  • 20-25 hours per week. Mondays and Tuesdays off. Evenings until 9:00pm. Sundays 9:00am – 3:00pm.

  • We strive to treat everyone and everything with reverence. Hence our name, Reverence Farms & Café.

Attributes of the ideal candidate:

  • Passionate about great food and great service. Mission driven.

  • Ethical and Honest.

  • Positive work personality. Strong interpersonal skills. Communicates effectively and efficiently. Flexible.

  • Composed. Self-motivated. Juggles multiple tasks.

  • Dependable. Show up ready to work.

  • At least one-year previous experience as a server in a full-service café or restaurant.

 

We create daily specials using local and seasonal ingredients from neighboring farms including our very own.

We are focused this week on perfecting our updated regular menu, and so our specials menu is a little light. Look for our new smoked BBQ beef, pork and chicken; meatloaf sauce; taco and steak salads and kids items.
